 Hello HOD Family,

During your dog's stay with us, their comfort and well-being are always our top priorities. To help ensure this, we are dedicated to maintaining extremely clean and sanitary conditions in both our play yards and overnight accommodations. However, there may be occasions when a sanitary bath is also necessary for your pup, particularly in the event of a potty accident during their visit with or while boarding.

While we do not anticipate this to be a frequent occurrence, a bath may be required at the Director’s discretion to keep your dog happy, clean, and comfortable. In the past, HOD has covered these costs internally. However, due to the rising costs associated with staff, time, and materials, we kindly ask for your understanding that the cost of the sanitary bath will now be the responsibility of the pet owner.  The cost will depend on the severity of the situation and the size of your dog, typically ranging from $15 to $45. This service is designed to address any immediate hygiene needs your pup may have, ensuring your pet feels their best during their stay with us and helping us maintain a clean and healthy environment for all the pets in our care.
