Barker Shuttle

 Shuttle Description:

• The shuttle is a cargo van that is equipped with special kennels to ensure that the dogs are safe and secure during their ride to/from HOD. They are not secured to seats via a seatbelt or leash (like in a car or in a bus).
• Shuttle is inspected for safety features to ensure that your dog travels safely.
• Shuttle is conditioned appropriately for heat and air conditioning.
• Shuttle is cleaned and sanitized daily.
• All dogs must be leashed (using a HOD leash) prior to exiting their home and until they are securely inside the shuttle and in their designated kennel.
• A first aid kit is available in the shuttle for the dogs at all times.

• Reservations for our Barker Shuttle need to be made 24 hours in advance. *Please note that spots will be limited, and the cost is nonrefundable. If we are unable to get your dog or you cancel last min you will still be charged.
• All clients that want to us the Barker Shuttle must complete the waiver prior to any use. 
• There is no shuttle service for training. 
• Shuttle Service is not available on weekends.

For the first time use, you will be required to be home for us to pick-up your pup. After the first visit, you are not required to be home for pickup or drop off, but you will need to either provide us with a lockbox, security code entrance or key to your home so we can enter and get your pup safely. We will enter your home and leash your pup and then exit your home and lock your door. 

** WE WILL NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG OUTSIDE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IF REQUESTED**

•  You can request a reservation for the shuttle through the client portal under “Schedule Services” and select “Barker Shuttle”.
• NOTE: If there is availability for the Shuttle, you will be notified via email that your request has been accepted and your pup has a reserved seat on the shuttle.
